Order error

If you wish to cancel an order finalized in error, please contact VietCan Books at gmail.com, we will assist with the order reversal (if it has not been shipped). Please allow 5 business days for the reversal to take effect in your credit card account.

In the event that we made an error in fulfilling your order, please return the wrong item(s) within 30 days, we will be happy to exchange for the correct item. 

Damage

We make every effort to protect your books for shipping. Please inspect your purchase upon receiving to ensure you are happy with the quality. However, if your shipment is damaged, we will send you a replacement.

Refunds and exchanges

Thank you for supporting a small business within a niche market where shipping costs are expensive. In general, we avoid returns to reduce high operating costs. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact VietCan Books at vietcanbooks@gmail.com, we will do our best to resolve the issue by offering a store credit, a discount code or refund. For exchanges, please return the item(s) to us at your earliest convenience. We will ship the replacement item(s) once we receive the returned item(s).
