Shipping policy

PAYMENTS AND ORDERS

  • Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). 
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. 
  • Methods of payment include Credit Card, PayPal, or cash on delivery.
  • Orders will be shipped within 2 business days (Monday to Friday). 
  • In the rare event we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you by email to notify you of the delay. Please ensure our email address vietcanbooks@gmail.com is saved and our emails go to your inbox, not spam/promotions.

CANADA  

  • Free standard shipping via Canada Post for orders $95+. 
  • Flat shipping fee of $15 via Canada Post for orders under $95, subject to a 20lbs weight limit.
  • Free local delivery is available within Calgary for orders $50+.
  • Pickup available in Strathcona, SW Calgary.

USA

  • Standard shipping via FedEx/Canada Post/USPS. 
  • Duties, taxes and other fees may be incurred, and are not included in the shipping fee .

INTERNATIONAL 

Please contact us for international shipping rates. 

SERVICE DELAYS and SERVICE DISRUPTIONS

Increase in shipment volumes for courier companies may affect shipping times and delivery service.  We strive to provide you with the most accurate shipping estimates but please understand that we are not responsible for delays related to courier service such as inclement weather, shipment volume, border/flight restrictions etc.  

HOLIDAY ORDERS

The holiday season is a busy time for couriers and shipping companies.  With the increase in volume of shipments, couriers are not able to guarantee shipping times.  Please consider ordering early for the holidays. 

NOTE ON DUTIES AND TAXES 

Your order may be subject to duties, taxes and other fees depending on your country and courier. VietCan Books is not responsible for duties, taxes and other related fees. 

ACCURACY OF SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure that all shipping information such as receiver name and address is correct. Please provide your phone number for your order, so that the courier company can contact you on delivery day if needed. VietCan Books will not be responsible for incorrect delivery addresses or unclaimed packages, lost or missing packages.
